Dusty seems to be regularly frequenting White Strand, near Milltown Malbay, Co. Clare.
Here are a few reports we have received:
“As it was my first time in the water with her she was checking me out for the first while. She began to trust me a bit more then and made some passes below and beside me. She often came right up beside me and then I would fin along beside her for ten metres or so, then she would drop off into a dive, disappear and circle around again. During these swims I would be about one arm's length away from her.”
“She came to me as soon as I got into the water and stayed with me for around three hours. I was on my own with her for most of that time. She is as friendly as ever and I do not think she has changed. At one stage during the evening, I lay on my back in the water to take a rest and she put her head on my abdomen in a very gentle way. We stayed like this for around a minute. She was floating as I was. She did not put any weight on me. I had a wonderful evening in her company.”

The picture above was taken by Jan Ploeg, this is what he has to say about it:
“I was in the boat house bay today and Dusty was there for at least the whole afternoon. I had a bad stomach day, so I did not get in, but I have some nice pictures of kids with the dolphin.”
