    Jenny Day

Jenny DayJenny's background is in biological research and counselling. Her research has included basic immunology, the molecular biology of cancer, and biological pest control. She specialized in marine biology during her first degree course. Most recently she has been working as a Support Specialist, counselling and teaching at a local Cancer Support Centre. She has a strong interest in the use of complementary therapies in working with cancer. She spent a year in the Galapagos Islands in 2000 during which time she worked as Science Intern on the whale research boat “Odyssey” crossing from the Galapagos to the Marquesas and Christmas Island. During that time she developed a strong interest in cetaceans and accompanied her husband David on filming trips to see Dony in Weymouth and Davina in Folkestone, her own place of birth! Jenny’s interests include painting and photography.
